Towne Lake neighborhood retreat from the heat
The pool is normally open from April through October and is provided for the use of Towne Lake residents and their guests. There is no lifeguard, so children must be accompanied by an adult.
Residents can rent the pavilion for their next party
Perfect for a barbecue party
The pavilion is a great place for residents to host large parties. The pavilion is located next to the pool and at the base of Towne Lake with a beautiful view.
PAVILION RESERVATIONS
The Pavilion can be reserved for a 4 hour block of time by Towne Lake residents. To make a reservation, you must fill out and submit this form along with a $150 refundable deposit which is returned if there are no damages and the site is cleaned up when you leave.
Big Playset (Ages 5-12)
The playground offers exciting play equipment for children in a safe, fenced-in area. There is big playset for older kids (ages 5-12) and a set of toddler swings and a smaller slide for younger children. There are tire swings, climbing walls, and a lemonade stand to excite the imagination.

Towne Lake is a man-made lake that serves the Towne Lake neighborhood. Swimming and boating is not allowed, but the lake offers a stunning landscape for the neighborhood.
